I didn't build this to sell you something.
I built it because I needed it — and couldn't find it anywhere.
There's a version of success nobody warns you about.
The one where you've checked every box, hit every goal, and held everything together for everyone around you — and yet, in the quiet moments when no one is watching, your body feels like it has been running on empty for years.
You perform fine. You show up. You produce. You get through.
And somewhere underneath all of that doing, there is a version of you that is exhausted in a way sleep cannot fix.
I know that version of success. Not as a theory — as a lived experience.
For years, I held a senior leadership role at one of the most admired companies in Silicon Valley — collecting promotions and praise while quietly living on two to four hours of sleep a night. I'd even joke about it: "I'll sleep when I die." My body eventually made me take that seriously.
I became what I can only describe as a high-achieving ghost.
Perfect resume. Empty soul.
When my body finally forced me to stop — in a way I could not push through, optimize, or schedule around — I got quiet enough to hear something I had been drowning out for years.
I had no idea how to feel safe without earning it first.
The problem was never my ambition. It was the deep, unconscious belief that my worth had to be proven. Constantly. That love, rest, and peace were things I had to qualify for before I was allowed to receive them.
That realization didn't just change my life. It became the foundation for everything I've built since.
Two platforms. One mission.
One person at the center — and that person is you.
Rebuilding the external structures
My business consulting practice works with high-achieving entrepreneurs and executives to rebuild the operational infrastructure of their organizations — because I know firsthand that most business problems are really people problems. Systems held together by one person's sheer force of will, fueled by cortisol they don't have left to spare.
Healing the internal world
My wellness and emotional healing ecosystem addresses what strategy and systems alone can never reach: the shame, the self-criticism, the belief that slowing down means falling behind. The identity that was built entirely on performance and forgot how to simply be.
These two platforms exist because you cannot sustainably build anything external without tending to what is happening internally. katchimedia fixes the outside. Forgiveness+ heals the inside.
The Cortisol Cleanse is where those two worlds meet — in your body.
It is the protocol I built for myself — not to add another tool to my wellness collection, but to interrupt the loop that was keeping me in survival mode long after the crisis had passed. To give my nervous system, one day at a time, a different signal. To teach it that I was safe.
I made it science-backed because I needed something I could trust. And I made it grace-centered because punishment was never the missing ingredient — for any of us.
I also want to be honest with you about something.
I don't come to this as someone who has fully healed and is looking back at you from a comfortable, finished place. I come to this as someone who is still in it — still learning what it means to rest without guilt, still choosing grace on the days when the old patterns try to return, still catching myself when urgency tries to become my compass again.
That's precisely why I built the Cortisol Cleanse the way I did. It is not a prescription handed down from above — it's more of a hand reaching sideways. From someone who has been where you are, who needed a map, and built one.
I am not a therapist, a licensed clinician, or a medical professional. I hold no doctorate and I do not diagnose — and I say this not as legal small print, but as something I want you to know clearly, because honesty is the foundation of everything I build. What I bring to this work is the rigor of a former senior operations executive, years of independent research, lived experience, and a deep commitment to approaches the science actually supports. Throughout my career in corporate environments — including years at one of the world's most admired technology companies — people trusted me with their most vulnerable professional moments. But that trust was personal, never clinical. The Cortisol Cleanse is a science-informed wellness protocol, not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment. If you need a therapist, a doctor, or a counselor — please see one. This protocol can work powerfully alongside that support. And it will be here when you're ready.
You are
not broken.
Your nervous system has been doing exactly what you trained it to do — faithfully, for years, at enormous cost. And it can learn something new.
This 7-day protocol will not solve everything. But it will give your body a different signal — a real, physiological message that the threat is over. That it is safe to exhale. That rest is not something you have to earn.
You've been waiting
for permission to slow down.
Consider this it.
With love and grace,
